When you have finished installing the holding tank connecting the pipe to your home septic system, you should have it pumped out so the pressure from there will flow. Another type of sewer hose is the ‘sewer adapter’ type, sometimes called a ‘hoop style’ sewer hose. When I lived in California I used the Sewer Solution (WWW.SEWERSOLUTION.COM). This got old fast, the last thing I wanted to do while camping was play with a sewer hose every day or two.
